How To Win Back Your Ex

When you split up don't say anything. To realize how to win back your ex you have to get that mere words don't help much so stay quiet. The best course of action is to agree with the split and break contact for a month.

There will be some actual words exchanged, even so, try to avoid these clangers:

1. "But, you are my only love..." actually any phrase that contains love. This is not how to win back your ex. At the moment this doean't fit. You can say it again in the future, but now it will sound hollow and desperate.

2. "I have changed..." You cannot say this as you haven't. Change is not possible in days or hours. People take longer to change. Besides, you may very well need to change something, but proof is more important than words.

3. "But I got you this or help you do that etc..." This is bringing up the past which won't be welcome now and it emphasizes debt. Emotional blackmail is an underhand tactic as it will make your ex feel they owe you something and will push them away.

4. "I can't live without you..." This is a blatant lie as you know you can. Be strong, your ex isn't the only match for you in the World! Maybe you will make a choice not to win back your ex.
